Having grown up in Rathfarnham, I know this area inside and out. It is a wonderful place to live and raise a family, underpinned by a strong community spirit.
Yet, much like the rest of Dublin, too many people here are struggling to afford the things they need to survive and thrive. I understand these issues, the pressures they’ve been putting on this community, and how we should begin to address them.

Affordable Homes and Rents
Effective public transportation options
Expansion of community facilities
Stronger supports for local businesses
Investment in our schools
New and safe opportunities for active travel
